  • Include at least one close up photo of your face and one full body shot.  Fully clothed is fine however your photos should clearly show your face and body characteristics.  Professional grade photos aren't required.   Selfies are fine.

  • Be sure to include your name in the email so we can match them to your application.
     

  • Important:  For security reasons the email address you indicate on the application below and the one you use to send your photos must be the same.   We don't accept applications without accompanying photos and the email address used to send the photos must be the same as the one indicated on the application (below).
